Welcome to Utah Vapor Underground. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our site.
1. General Terms
By placing an order on Utah Vapor Underground, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and legally eligible to purchase vape products under applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Product Orders and Availability
- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
- In case of inaccuracies or errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability, we reserve the right to correct them and modify or cancel orders accordingly.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
- Applicable sales tax, excise tax, and shipping charges will be added at checkout.
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our site.
4. Free Domestic U.S. Shipping on Orders Above $90
- Free shipping is available for orders with a final cart price above $90, excluding applicable sales tax, excise tax, discount codes, and reward points.
- You must select the Free Shipping option during checkout to be eligible.
- Paid shipping orders are prioritized before Free Shipping orders.
5. Shipping and Handling
Processing Times
- Orders are processed between 8:00 AM PST and 4:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday.
- It takes 24 to 72 business hours to process orders before shipping. During busy holiday seasons or sales surges, processing can take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Timelines
- Western Half of the U.S.: 1-3 business days in transit.
- Eastern Half of the U.S.: 6-20 business days in transit.
- International Orders: No estimated delivery time. Tracking will show movement to the U.S. International Sort Facility and then updates upon arrival in your country.
6. Required Adult Signature Service
- In compliance with federal laws, all vape mail orders require Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery.
- A government-issued photo ID must be presented to the delivery employee for age verification.
- An additional charge of $7 applies for the Adult Signature service, which will be reflected during checkout.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes but can ship to business addresses.
7. Return and Exchange Policy
Preapproval and Return Authorization Required
- All returns and exchanges must be preapproved and assigned a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
- To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the RA number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Refunds and Restocking Fees
- If a package is returned due to undeliverable address or refusal to accept delivery, a $14 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned items are inspected and approved.
8. Return to Sender Policy
- If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or failure to collect an adult signature, we reserve the right to:
- Deduct a $14 restocking fee from the refund.
- Offer a refund less shipping costs if the package is returned to our facility.
- Re-ship the order only after the original package is returned and processed.
9. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipping.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly through our customer service.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Utah Vapor Underground shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
11. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Utah.
