Returns & Refunds Policy
Preapproval and Return Authorization Required
- All returns and exchanges must be preapproved and assigned a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
- To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details to receive an RA number.
Return Conditions
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the RA number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Refunds and Restocking Fees
- Refunds will be processed once the returned items are inspected and approved.
- If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address or refusal to accept delivery, a $14 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipping.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly through our customer service.
