Free shipping is available for orders with a final cart price above $90, excluding applicable sales tax, excise tax, discount codes, and reward points.
You must select the Free Shipping option during checkout to be eligible.
Note: Paid shipping orders are prioritized before Free Shipping orders.
Required Adult Signature Service
In compliance with federal laws, all vape mail orders require Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery.
The recipient must present a government-issued photo ID to the delivery employee for age verification.
An additional charge of $7 applies for the Adult Signature service, reflected during checkout.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes but can ship to business addresses.
Processing Times
Orders are processed between 8:00 AM PST and 4:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday.
It takes 24 to 72 business hours to process orders before shipping. During busy holiday seasons or sales surges, processing can take up to 5 business days.
Once processed, a tracking email will be sent to confirm that your package is in the final stages of fulfillment.
Estimated Delivery Times
Western Half of the U.S.: 1-3 business days in transit.
Eastern Half of the U.S.: 6-20 business days in transit.
International Orders: No estimated delivery time available. Tracking will show movement to the U.S. International Sort Facility and then updates upon arrival in your country.
Note: Shipping carriers do not process orders on weekends and U.S. Federal Holidays.
Return to Sender Policy
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or failure to collect an adult signature, we reserve the right to:
Deduct a $14 restocking fee from the refund.
Offer a refund less shipping costs if the package is returned to our facility.
Re-ship the order only after the original package is returned and processed.
